Great 2-bed home! Walking distance to Cowley Road

Positive: Great location near Cowley road, and lots of bus routes. Comfortable house with good beds, large bathroom and kitchen. Lovely and warm inside. Cot and cot bedding provided for our infant. Negative: Could have done with a few more essentials (washing powder, basic cooking items such as oil, salt and pepper). Lighting in the living areas was quite dim. An outside washing line might be beneficial in summer too!

Accomodation cancelled on day of arrival and Very poor customer service Negative: The company canceled at about 3pm on the day of my arrival with nothing but an email to apologise for the inconvenience. They did not call me. I had to contact them myself to get a refund, the customer service was very poor with the girl saying the situation was a nightmare for her too. I was about an hour trying to get an answer from the company who did not seem concerned that I was stuck in a city alone with no accommodation. I was told they would refund the price difference for new accommodation in writing and they subsequently told me after 3 weeks of asking that they would not do this. They gave me a measly 10% off my next stay. I was stuck trying to find new accommodation on a Friday afternoon in Oxford with no refund until the following week. Booking.com have been even less helpful and I am yet to receive anything for the process difference.
