Not the wootton we thought it was
Positive: Handy location , good beds .
Negative: Not enough communal space, shower trap smells, ground floor pet smell , only 1 shower

Very clean and welcoming, but not enough shared space for larger groups.
Positive: It was clean & the owner replied to messages immediately
Negative: The property was very clean, and the welcome package with cleaning products, tea, and coffee was a thoughtful touch. However, the communal space was a letdown. The listing advertises a 5-bedroom spacious house, but in reality, some of the communal areas have been converted into bedrooms. This means that for a group of 10, there isn’t really a shared space where everyone can sit and gather together comfortably
