High Wycombe Centre- 2 bed flat

Could do with a lot more improvement. Positive: Not much to say regarding what I liked. Negative: I wasn't about to give any feedback, but you keep asking, so here it goes. The property is next to a busy road, so at night you could hear lorries, cars and vans which are delivering goods to the shopping centre nearby, along with the usual traffic expected of a busy road. Moreover, the next door neighbour had their TV on, and had their volume turned up to the max until way past midnight, I went to speak to them, a lady in her early 20s, appeared to be international student from South Asia, answered and said she would get her housemates to turn down the volume, but they didn't. The inside of the property itself is dated, you can see the owner has tried to make it look good, but a lot more could be done for the price they charge, e.g., some of the kitchen units and cupboards have hinges falling apart and the shower could do with more power and updating. I am not fuss about how they want to present the property but main issue is the noise, both from the road and neighbour. They also advertise that the car park is for your exclusive use, but workers from the shop downstairs also park their cars there and it blocks the drive way.

It was very comfy and I will be booking again! Positive: The bedrooms were very spacious

Awful Positive: Self catering facilities adequate Negative: There was a major flood in the kitchen which completely spoiled our final evening. We attempted to limit the leak while waiting for an emergency plumber, and cleaned up afterwards. We have had no apology form the owner, and no offer of reimbursement either. Very disappointing. In my opinion the stated "parking for 2 cars" description is misleading. Our VW could not access the confined space due to the narrowness of the passageway from one direction. and inadequate ground clearance on the other.

Positive: Proper neat and tidy apartment for the price I paid. Well worth it
